Chihaba's Perfect Slow-Cooked Ribs
Fall-apart-tender pork ribs with Chihaba Pork Rib Rub - low, slow, and completely hands-off.

Method
- Preheat oven to 225°F.
- Place a 3 lb slab of pork ribs in an aluminum turkey pan, meat side up.
- Rub the ribs on the top, bottom, and sides with 1 package of Chihaba Pork Rib Rub.
- Do not cover, touch, turn, or look at it.
- Bake for 5 hours.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy South Texas flavor.
