Chihaba's Perfect Slow-Cooked Ribs

Fall-apart-tender pork ribs with Chihaba Pork Rib Rub - low, slow, and completely hands-off.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F.
  2. Place a 3 lb slab of pork ribs in an aluminum turkey pan, meat side up.
  3. Rub the ribs on the top, bottom, and sides with 1 package of Chihaba Pork Rib Rub.
  4. Do not cover, touch, turn, or look at it.
  5. Bake for 5 hours.
  6. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy South Texas flavor.
