Chipotle Chili Fixin's - Spicy Smoky Bowl of Red
A thick, rich, smoky chili with chipotle heat, Roma tomatoes, poblano, beer, and optional brisket.

Method
- In a large cast iron skillet, brown the stew meat and ground beef, then drain the grease.
- Add Chipotle Chili Fixin's and stir well over low heat.
- Add crushed tomatoes, Lone Star Beer, Roma tomato slices, and diced poblano.
- Simmer on medium-low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add water if needed for your desired consistency, then salt to taste.
- Take it up a notch with chopped smoked brisket.
Serve it up. Serve in a Texas-sized bowl with Chihaba Chipotle Salsa for added heat, plus toasted tostada shells, beans, and rice.
