South Texas Chili Fixin's - Traditional Bowl of Red

Method
- In a large cast iron skillet, brown the stew meat and ground beef, then drain the grease.
- Add Chili Fixin's, crushed whole peeled tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, beef stock, and Lone Star Beer.
- Cook on medium-low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add water if needed for your desired consistency, then salt to taste.
- Serve steaming hot in a Texas-sized bowl.
Serve it up. Top with pinto beans and rice, or serve with hot cornbread.
